The project was developed only last year by Phoenix-based De Rito Partners and Kimco Realty of New York. The partnership spent $20 million to build the center.

Chandler is one of the fastest growing cities in the nation, and the southwestern edge is where many of the more opulent homes are being built. Chandler is about 10 miles southeast of Phoenix.

The Phoenix office of Grubb & Ellis, with brokers Greg Valladao and Liz Paquette, negotiated the transaction.
