Urban Land Institute Fills Two Key Positions

WASHINGTON, DC-The Urban Land Institute filled two key positions by namingPeter H. Monroe as executive director and Richard M. Hance as its senior vice president of development. ULI is a nonprofit education and research institute focusing on providing responsible leadership land use designed to enhance the total environment.

As executive director, Monroe will oversee the foundation’s major fundraising activities, as well as its day-to-day operations. The foundation has an endowment of approximately $22 million. As senior vice president of development, Hance will oversee corporate development activities for the institute’s spring and fall meetings, domestic and international conferences, sponsored publications, and ULI’s showcase pavilions.
