Ron Roberson of Houston-based Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group has represented Stebbins Green, while Bob Berry of the Staubach Co. has acted on Aerie Network's behalf for the industrial warehouse space at 835 Greens Parkway in Greenspoint.
Mary Descant, also of Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group, has represented Northchase Investments LP in lease negotiations for 2,416 sf of office space at 14505 Torrey Chase in the city's northwest submarket. Bruce Jester of Henry S. Miller Commercial has represented tenant James M. Bright.
