Located at 3839 E. Coronado Ave., the firm, which is a transporter and warehouser of machinery, will use its new facility for corporate offices and its warehousing and distribution operations.
The company has also recently sold an 11,200-sf building in Anaheim that it previously occupied to Johdan Enterprises of Fullerton for $963,200. A manufacturer and distributor of optical supplies, Johdan has already occupied the building at 2940 Mira Loma Ave. The company is using the facility for its administrative offices, as well as its manufacturing and distribution operations.
