The nine-year old commercial plumbing and heating/air-conditioning company plans to break ground in two weeks on the first of five prefabricated metal office/warehouse/distribution buildings on the two-tract site. The first three structures will each have 20,000 sf of rentable space; the fourth, 18,000 sf; the fifth, 10,000 sf. There are three existing structures on the land.
