Schuck plans to build a cargo and distribution facility known as TransPort at the site at the door of the Front Range Airport. Bill Schuck, president of the firm started by his father, believes that more than $1 billion in developments could eventually be built at TransPort. Schuck himself is a land developer, who will primarily sell land to other developers and users. With this purchase, Schuck now owns almost 6,000 acres near Front Range. Steward Mosko, a longtime land broker at Fuller and Co, has handled the latest deal.
