Schuck Holdings Puts Up $3.3 Mil for 820 Commercially Zoned Acres

DENVER-Schuck Holdings now owns about 6,000 acres near Front Range. A cargo and distribution facility is planned for the latest acquisition, 820 commercially zoned acres in Adams County.

DENVER-Schuck Holdings LLC, a Colorado Springs developer, has shelled out $3.3 million for 820 acres of commercial land at Interstate 70 and Quail Run Road in Adams County, east of the Denver International Airport.

Schuck plans to build a cargo and distribution facility known as TransPort at the site at the door of the Front Range Airport. Bill Schuck, president of the firm started by his father, believes that more than $1 billion in developments could eventually be built at TransPort. Schuck himself is a land developer, who will primarily sell land to other developers and users. With this purchase, Schuck now owns almost 6,000 acres near Front Range. Steward Mosko, a longtime land broker at Fuller and Co, has handled the latest deal.
