Construction, which costs $130 sf, begins by month's end. The restaurant is scheduled for a June 25 grand opening.
Staubach Retail Services a subsidiary of The Staubach Co., a real estate strategy firm based in Dallas, has represented Champps. The project developer is Gulf Coast Properties. Ketchell of Pottstown, PA is the general contractor; Curtis Howell of Archicon Designers Developers in Phoenix, the architect; and Landform Engineering Co., a Minneapolis-based landscape architect.
This year, Champps plans to open restaurants in Skokie, IL in May; Pentagon City, VA and King of Prussia, PA, in June; and Utica, MI in July.
