He will oversee the firm's one million sf of office space in the North Fulton submarket, 20 miles north of Downtown. Kolker has been a real estate professional for 10 years. His immediate focus is on the lease-up of his company's 160,000-sf Royal Ridge office building scheduled to be completed in June.
The firm also developed the 600,000-sf Preston Ridge and 250,000-sf Windward Fairways in the North Fulton market. These properties were sold, but Childress Klein continues to lease and manage the buildings.
