Childress Klein Makes Kolker a Partner

ATLANTA-Glenn Kolker, a leasing and marketing principal for five years, is focusing on filling up the developer's 160,000-sf Royal Ridge office building scheduled for completion in June.

ATLANTA-Childress Klein Properties is adding a partner to its letterhead. Glenn Kolker, a leasing and marketing principal for five years, moves up to partner status.

He will oversee the firm’s one million sf of office space in the North Fulton submarket, 20 miles north of Downtown. Kolker has been a real estate professional for 10 years. His immediate focus is on the lease-up of his company’s 160,000-sf Royal Ridge office building scheduled to be completed in June.
