While the majority of EnCompass' personnel were laid off last week, about a dozen employees will remain for several weeks to complete several projects. According to a stock reporting service, the company's share price had dropped some 87% over the past year.

Crown Point (4040 Lake Washington Blvd.) contains four three-story buildings with a combined 124,056 sf of rentable space Rick Shorett of Suhrco Management of Bellevue is handling the listing, but was unavailable to provide further details. Another source says the building is fully leased, though not for long.
