Erickson Joins United Properties as Property Manager

BLOOMINGTON, MN-John Erickson leaves his post as commercial real estate manager with Twin Cities office of CB Richard Ellis to oversee planning and operations for 1.5 million sf of industrial and retail space in 16 buildings.

BLOOMINGTON, MN-United Properties recently hired John Erickson as property manager in the company’s property management division. He will oversee planning and operations for 1.5 million sf of industrial and retail space in 16 buildings under United’s management.

Erickson has been a commercial real estate manager for eight years with the Twin Cities office of CB Richard Ellis. He has also been a financial manager for Colliers Towle RealEstate in Minneapolis.
