Chee-Day Investments Inc. of Phoenix purchased a 65,500-sf office/warehouse building at 4545 N. 43rd Ave. in west Phoenix. The company plans to use 20,000 sf of the space for its freezers and coolers. The facility, which is rail served, will be used to expand the company's food distribution service.

The building was sold by 4545 Industrial Investors.

The Phoenix office of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services, with broker Skip Corley Jr., negotiated the sale for the seller, while the Phoenix office of Johnson Commercial, with broker Jeff Adams, negotiated the sale for the buyer.
