The site also offers "personalized" commercial real estate services for property owners and managers throughout Silicon Valley and the San Francisco Bay Area.

GlobalStake has tapped as its president and CEO Jack Nissim, whose former employers include John Hancock Real Estate Finance, First Pacific Financial Group, and GE Capital. Serving as CFO and veep of finance and administration is Scott Robinson, most recently of Teknowledge Corp., but also a former manager at Ernst & Young. Intelligence-systems expert Frederick Hayes-Roth is serving as chairman.
