Twenty Westport Road Complex Nears Completion at 95% Occupancy

WILTON, CT-Louis Dreyfus Corp. has expanded its presence at Twenty Westport Road to a total of 128,000 sf, which brings the 335,000-sf property currently under construction to 95% occupancy.

WILTON, CT-Louis Dreyfus Property Group, the owner/developer of the 335,000-sf office complex Twenty Westport Road, says that a deal with its parent company, Louis Dreyfus Corp., has brought the property to near full occupancy. The firm has signed a lease for an additional 15,000 sf of space. Earlier, the company had signed a lease for approximately 113,000 sf in the building. Louis Dreyfus is consolidating is presence in Fairfield County and will be relocating from space it currently occupies at 187 Danbury Road and Ten Westport Road, both located here.

The deal brings the property to 95% occupancy, according to David Friedman, northeast regional vice president for the Louis Dreyfus Property Group. The only remaining available space in the building is a 22,000-sf block on the third floor.
