The space is inside West Hills Corporate Pointe, a business park that Trammell Crow Co. is expanding and renovating in the 8400 block of Fallbrook Avenue. The deal marks an expansion for health-care giant Blue Cross, which will remain headquartered in nearby Woodland Hills.
