Cisco Agreement Completes Emerald Point Lease-Up

DUBLIN, CA-Developer Opus West's three-building complex here is now fully leased the networking titan Cisco Systems' locking down 220,000-sf space. The 10-year lease is worth a total of $10 million.

DUBLIN, CA-Software company Cisco Systems is now officially the final tenant to sign on at Pleasanton, Calif.-based developer Opus West’s Emerald Point development. Opus West is reporting this week that the networking giant has made its lease official for 220,000-sf, or two out of the three 110,000-sf buildings in the development.

The lease covers a decade and is worth a total $60 million, Opus West said. Emerald Point’s other tenants are Franklin Templeton and SBC Advanced Solutions. Marshall Snover of Colliers International represented Opus West in the transaction. Gary Arabian of CAC group represented Cisco.
