Most recently, the Novato CA-based communications company QuantumShift opened its first Seattle office by taking 1,433 sf in the building. Seattle is one of six cities in which the company has opened new offices "to accommodate the needs of its growing client roster," which the company further says had doubled in the past 12 months. The other new cities QuantumShift is landing in are Phoenix, Boston, Atlanta, Los Angeles and Chicago.

According to an online property listing service, there remains available in Well Fargo Tower just 38,087 sf on the 8th, 26th and 27th floors. Rates for the space range from $40-$52/sf. The Office Space listing also shows several sub-leases available in the office tower totaling 59,868 sf. The spaces are listed with various agents, with lease rates range from $37.75/sf to $52.00/sf.

The space leased by QuantumShift is a "Fast Office" with high-speed fiber optic Internet access, phone system and furniture. The listing did not specify the rate for the office-in-a-box, and neither of the property's agents, Roger Wright or Janice Blackmore Reed of Wright Runstad & Company, were available to comment.
