The project will have 160,000 sf of retail renting for about $30 per sf and 135,000 sf of office, leasing for about $20 per sf, according to a published report. There has been no pre-construction leasing. Shield Property bought the eight-acre site from Pulte Home Corp. for an estimated $6 million or about $800,000 per acre (18.36 per sf), its listed price.

Two buildings fronting Highway 521 and Ballantyne Commons will have ground-level retail and terrace-level dining. Two additional buildings will face the entrance roads and combine first-floor retail with office on the second and third floors. Heiliger Shield Associates is handling the project's leasing.
