Neighbors were not completely receptive to Best Buy's plans to build a corporate campus, which will mean razing 83 homes and businesses. All but one of the 83 has agreed to sell to the developer, Opus Northwest, while the holdout, Walser Automotive, is facing condemnation proceedings.
