Copy Club West Franchise Inks Lease Deal for Nearly $1 Mil

SAN DIEGO-Business services franchise signs a five-year lease for 6,190 sf and will move its corporate headquarters to the new location.

The business services franchise, which has store locations throughout the United States, signed a five-year lease valued at $947,100 for office space at 9404 Genesee Ave.

Copy Club stores provides a full array of duplication and graphics services, as well as computer rentals.

Dick Balestri of CB Richard Ellis' San Diego Central office represented the owners, George and Carol Lattimer, in the transaction. Phil Linton of Grubb & Ellis Corp. represented Copy Club West.
