Cousins Names Bell Vice Chairman

ATLANTA-The locally based developer also added R. Dary Stone, president of Dallas-based Cousins Stone, to its board, and promoted two finance executives.

ATLANTA-Thomas D. Bell Jr. is the new vice chairman of the board of directors and chairman of the executive committee for Cousins Properties Inc. The locally based developer also added R. Dary Stone, president of Dallas-based Cousins Stone, to the board and promoted finance executives Tom G. Charlesworth and Kelly H. Barrett.

With Cousins since 1979, Charlesworth moves up to executive vice president and chief investment officer status from senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of the company. Barrett, with the firm since 1992 and senior vice president/finance since 1997, becomes senior vice president and chief financial officer.
