Both properties have about 158,000 sf of class A office space. Plaza Ridge I and II are the latest buildings to be completed in Woodland Park, a 170-acre class A office campus less than two miles from Washington Dulles International Airport. Plaza Ridge I lists about 109,000 sf remaining for lease; Plaza Ridge II has approximately 82,000 sf available.

Owned by the Tishman Speyer/Travelers Group real estate venture, Woodland Park is approved for 4.8 million sf of class A office space. The campus also includes a 150-room Embassy Suites Hotel, 400-multifamily apartment units and a child learning facility. Approximately one million sf of office space has already been developed. Another 2.3 million sf remains available for development at Woodland.

The Woodland Park community is the recipient of several prestigious awards including Best New Office Development Award from the Washington Business Journal and a Best Real Estate Transaction of the Year Award from the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties' Northern Virginia Chapter.

In addition to its Northern Virginia activities, Tishman Speyer Properties plans to enter the Downtown Washington, DC market with One Metro Center, a 400,000-sf building planned for G Street NW between 12th and 13th Streets. Speculative development of One Metro Center is slated for spring 2001, with delivery planned for late 2002.
