Part of the master plan has already been completed, including work on the Barry Switzer Center, a facility used for strength and conditioning training as well as sports medicine.

Renovations to the national champion's football field include adding 9,100 seats and 27 suites. More concession stands and bathrooms will also be added. Work on the stadium will begin this spring, stop for two football seasons and be completed in 2003.
