Mack Company, which has been building some of the largest industrial space in the West Valley, has purchased a 31-acre parcel along the I-17 corridor, east of 19th Avenue between Deer Valley road and Rose Garden Lane. The company plans to build 475,000-sf of back-office and warehouse space.

The I-17 corridor near Deer Valley Road has become increasingly popular for office and industrial developement, as completion of Loop 101 has progressed.

The Agua Fria section of the Loop 101, which connects at I-17, runs seven miles to the west and then south to Interstate 10, opened more than a year ago, and the section that will run to the east all the way into Scottsdale is expected to be completed in the next two years.
