Supply Firm Inks $4.9-Mil Lease for Industrial Space

CITY OF INDUSTRY, CA-An office-supply company has signed a five-year, $4.9-million deal for 214,177 sf of industrial space here, on the outskirts of Downtown Los Angeles.

The tenant is United Stationers Supply Co., an operating company of Des Plaines, IL-based United Stationers Inc. The parent firm is one of the nation’s largest wholesalers of office supplies and equipment.

The building stands at 21508 Ferrero Parkway, inside the Grand Avenue Distribution Center. United Stationers will use the space for warehouse and distribution purposes after relocating from a nearby complex in March.
