Hanover Making Most of Downtown Revitalization; Back-to-Back Projects Adding 573 Units

HOUSTON-Hanover Co. is making sure it has its fair share of the Downtown revitalization. Its back-to-back loft projects, totaling 573 units, will deliver in spring and summer.

HOUSTON-Hanover Co.’s Houston office is tapping into the city’s downtown revitalization as work progresses on back-to-back loft projects.

The Lofts at the Ballpark and Sabine Lofts will bring another 573 units to the booming CBD, John Garibaldi, development partner, has told GlobeSt.com.

The Lofts at the Ballpark will open in the spring. Houston-based architect Wallace Garcia & Associates Inc. has designed the four-story, 375-unit apartment complex. Located on Texas Avenue near Texas 59, the lofts are directly across from Houston’s Enron Field. Hanover Co. is serving as the project’s developer and general contractor. The lofts will range from 677 sf to 1,661 sf, averaging 993 sf per unit. Rents are going to range from $900 to $2,000 per month. According to Garibaldi, the architectural look of the lofts includes large windows, 10-foot ceilings and exposed ductwork and beams.
