Goade, a three-year board treasurer, is a principal in the Boston office of the Dallas-based Cresa Partners. Also serving on the 2001 board will be Mary Singer, vice chairwoman; Bill Dutton, treasurer; and directors Tom Semler, Matthew Miller, Chris Marchbanks, Alan Piker, Steve Schmid and Rich Rhodes. Each board member is a principal from one of Cresa's 32 member firms across the country.

Goade's Avalon Partners firm had merged in 1998 with other real estate operations to form Cresa Partners LLC, for which Goade is the chairman.

In the rest of the lineup, Singer is the president and co-owner of Commercial Realty Group Inc. in Memphis. She also chairs Cresa's International Committee and had been instrumental in the recent alliance with Weatherall International. Treasurer Bill Dutton is the co-chairman of Cresa's Domestic Membership Committee and a member of the recertification committee. Dutton is a managing partner of Benchmark Realty Advisors/Cresa in Phoenix. Semler is a principal in Alexander Summer, LLC/Cresa in New Jersey; Miller, a principal in Cresa Partners' Los Angeles office; Marchbanks, a principal in Cresa's Austin office; Piker, president of Cresa in Cincinnati; Schmid, vice president of Pace/Cresa in St. Louis; and Rhoades, principal of Cresa Partners in Washington, D.C.
