Cresa Partners LLC Chairman Steering Board of Directors for Third Time

DALLAS-A two-time president and board chairman will again steer Cresa Partners' 2001 board of directors. Bill Goade, a principal of the Boston office, has been elected to the top spot. Chris Marchbanks, a principal in Cresa's Austin office, is on the board for the first time.

DALLAS-Bill Goade, one of the founders of Cresa Inc., is this year’s president and board chairman. He previously had served in that capacity in 1994 and 1995.

Goade, a three-year board treasurer, is a principal in the Boston office of the Dallas-based Cresa Partners. Also serving on the 2001 board will be Mary Singer, vice chairwoman; Bill Dutton, treasurer; and directors Tom Semler, Matthew Miller, Chris Marchbanks, Alan Piker, Steve Schmid and Rich Rhodes. Each board member is a principal from one of Cresa’s 32 member firms across the country.
