The store will neighbor The Antique Mall of Texas, Blockbuster, Outback Steakhouse and Boot Town in the 175,000-sf cent located at 1401 S. Interstate 35. Harry Scott, Trammell Crow Co.'s senior associate for the retail division has represented the building owner, GE Capital, in the transaction.
