According to Goldshmidt & Associates officials, the new owner of the building is 531 Central Park Avenue Associates. The seller of the property -- the Sexauer Company -- will remain in 6,000 sf of offices on the first floor. However, the firm will be vacating its space on floors two and three, which are now available for lease.
