The first was the sale of a 15,840 sf industrial building at 1105 Discovery in Anaheim to the Jones-Bakersfield LP investment group. The transaction was valued at $1.275 million. Steve Bari of Lee & Associates-Orange Inc. represented private seller Samuel Lin. Mike Cargile of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the buyer.
In another transaction, the City of Anaheim purchased a 16,403 sf industrial building located at 425 Anaheim Blvd. Valued at $1.3 million, the city plans on utilizing the facility as an Emergency Response Center. Dave Williams of Lee & Associates-Orange Inc. represented the city and the seller, Clayton-Fromholz Investment.
Hyde & Hyde Inc., a candy and crouton packaging firm, purchased a 68,950-sf industrial building to expand its operation. Located at 300 El Sobrante in Corona, the facility was valued at $3.4 million. Clif Fincher of Lee & Associates-Orange Inc., and Tim Cronin and Ken Wilden of Lee & Associates-Commerce, Inc., represented the buyer. Larry Null of Lee & Associates-Riverside Inc. represented the seller, TMP Corona II, LLC.
