More stores are planned for Austin, says an insider at The Weitzman Group. Lance Morris and David Simmonds with the Commercial Retail Division of The Weitzman Group have handled the negotiations with building owner NEC Cannon/35 Ltd.
The Southbrook store is located at 6501 S. Interstate 35 at William Cannon Drive. Conn's Appliances is ranked as one of the nation's leading regional appliance and consumer electronics retailers. It currently operates 30 retail stores in Texas and Louisiana.
