The 58,183-sf Warner Park Center stands at 21800 Burbank Blvd. It was purchased by Adler Realty Advisors Inc., which will use the building as its new corporate headquarters.
Adler is currently headquartered at 20700 Ventura Blvd., in a building that's not far away from the complex it just purchased.
Don Thordeson and Jim Ebanks of Realty Advisory Group represented Adler. Mark Perry and Nancy Stark of CB Richard Ellis represented the seller, Equity Office Properties Trust. Chicago-based Equity is the largest publicly held owner and manager of office properties in the nation.
