Joel Hausman and David S. Gorbach, who worked on the deals for Colonial Realty, noted that they represented Nadel Industries of Port Chester, NY, which will be relocating to 82,000 sf of office and manufacturing space at Moffit St. in Stratford. The firm also reported that it brokered a deal with Coca Cola, which has completed a 70,000 sf build-to-suit office and distribution center on Radio Drive in Naugatuck.

Other deals brokered by Colonial included: KX Industries, which renegotiated and expanded into a 100,000 sf facility on Lambert Road in Orange. The complex will be used for the company's research and development and manufacturing operations, Colonial Realty officials said.

In addition, the firm brokered the 38,000 sf lease by The Connecticut Post at 1785 Stratford Ave. in Stratford and the 12,000 sf lease by Requa Inc. at the Bridgeport Trade and Technology Center at 540 Barnum Ave, in Bridgeport. The manufacturer of health and beauty products relocated from space it occupied in Greenwich.
