Although she declined to reveal the lease rate, recent leases in the 2000 Tower have averaged $20.50 per sf.
The company is owned by Science Applications International Corp. of San Diego, which bought ANX from Southfield-based Automotive Industry Action Group in 1999. ANX eBusiness operates a multi-provider network for B2B communications. Today, more than 600 organizations (including more than two-thirds of the top 150 automotive suppliers) uses ANX services, the company says. The company serves multiple industries, includingautomotive, financial services, health care, railroads, steel, aluminum, rubber, high-tech and manufacturing.
SAIC is an employee-owned research and engineering firm, providing information technology, systems integration and eBusiness products and services to commercial and government customers.
