3DSP Corp. is an IP solutions vendor, integrating and delivering IP cores into its digital signal processing-based products for the communication, multi-media, computing and consumer electronics industries.
Located at 16271 Laguna Canyon Rd., 3DSP will move into the space, which consists of the whole second floor of the building, within the next two weeks. Sub-lessor, Quickstart Technologies, is an e-business educational company. Previously occupying the entire building, the company has downsized with its offices remaining on the bottom floor of the building.
John M. Gallivan and Timothy P. Helgeson, both directors of Cushman Realty's Irvine office, represented 3DSP in the transaction. The sub-lessor was represented by the Irvine office of The Staubach Company.
