Stanley Langfeld, director of GSA's Real Property Policy Division, led the consolidation effort. Besides being in one place, the rules, which are set in a question and answer format, are easier to read and understand, Langfield is reported as saying.
The new rules are available at the Government Printing Office and on the Federal Register Website at http://www.nara.gov/fedreg.
