MEI Consultants Subleases 17,187 SF at Ashford V

HOUSTON-Aspen Technology has found a taker for 17,187 sf at Ashford V in the city's west corridor. MEI Consultants is subleasing the spot through a deal handled by a Trammell Crow team.

HOUSTON-MEI Consultants Inc. is taking 17,187 sf of sublease space from Aspen Technology Inc. at the Ashford V, located at 14107 St. Mary’s Lane in west Houston.

Mark O’ Donnell has represented MEI Consultants in the negotiations while Elliott Hirshfeld, a Trammell Crow Co. associate, has acted on Aspen’s behalf. Aspen Technology is a Cambridge, MA-based e-business solutions provider. Aspen also has spots at West Houston’s Eldridge Parkway and Northchase Drive in the Greenspoint area.This deal comes on the heels of a successful month for Trammell Crow, which recently has OK’d two airport submarket construction projects. Trammell Crow’s Post Oak Boulevard office employs 125 people and handles 23 million sf of industrial, office and retail space in Houston.
