Mark O' Donnell has represented MEI Consultants in the negotiations while Elliott Hirshfeld, a Trammell Crow Co. associate, has acted on Aspen's behalf. Aspen Technology is a Cambridge, MA-based e-business solutions provider. Aspen also has spots at West Houston's Eldridge Parkway and Northchase Drive in the Greenspoint area.This deal comes on the heels of a successful month for Trammell Crow, which recently has OK'd two airport submarket construction projects. Trammell Crow's Post Oak Boulevard office employs 125 people and handles 23 million sf of industrial, office and retail space in Houston.
