NAIOP Names Codina Development Corp. Developer/Owner of the Year

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-The South Florida chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties bestows four of 13 annual awards to the Coral Gables, FL-based developer-realty firm. Codina Realty's Jack Lowell is Broker of the Year.

FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Last year brought considerable success and recognition to Coral Gables, FL-based Codina Group and its subsidiaries. The American Red Cross, for instance, chose Armando Codina, the firm’s founder and president, as Humanitarian of the Year.

The string of success continues into 2001 as the South Florida chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties bestowed four of 13 annual awards, including the Developer/Owner of the Year recognition, to Codina Development Corp.

Success also describes the recognition the trade group bestowed to Bill Graham, chairman of Miami Lakes, FL-based Graham Cos., who received the Lifetime Achievement award. The group also named Graham Cos. as Member Company of the Year.
