"We had an opportunity to get more space and to consolidate our space," John Heller, the company's chief financial officer, tells GlobeSt.com. "We were trying to move to a new space that was attractive to our current employees and provided a minimum amount of disruption." Passkey.com's new office, which provides 17,000 sf of space, is one mile away from its previous 9,000 sf site.

The new building, once a Howard Johnson candy factory, has had its interior completely renovated. According to Heller, the company is paying in the low $20s per sf to lease the space. Crown Colony, an executive park located here, charges in the $30s per sf while another executive park in the area, President Place, charges in the mid $20s per sf.
