In each case, AmeriQuotes and its partner will endorse, market and utilize each other's services from their own Web sites. 1031properties is a digital marketplace serving the net-leased and 1031 exchange sectors of the investment real estate market. The company's business models a hybrid online marketplace and real estate services company.
RainMaker Financial Affiliates is a national network of more than 1,100 commercial mortgage brokers and 30 lenders for loan executions.
OfficeFinder is an interactive Internet-based referral and information network of professionals in more than 300 markets. Each professional is a tenant-representation expert within a specific market. OfficeFinder members average 13 years' experience and come from companies large and small, including some of the nation's best-known real estate firms as well as boutique office space specialty firms.
