S.C. Johnson Taking 408,000-SF Build-to-Suit at Alliance in Park's Largest Lease Expansion

FT. WORTH-S.C. Johnson has signed the largest lease expansion in the history of Alliance. The household products supplier will be moving into a 408,000-sf build-to-suit that will more than double its distribution space, GlobeSt.com has learned.

FT. WORTH-Alliance tenant, S.C. Johnson, a household products supplier, will be moving into a 408,000-sf build-to-suit now under way in Ft. Worth’s premier industrial park, GlobeSt.com has learned. It is the largest lease expansion in Alliance’s history.

The structure will deliver in July, with move-in reportedly taking place in August and September. The lease expansion, though inked in late December, has been kept under wraps as crews feverishly work on the tenant’s new distribution center. S.C. Johnson has occupied a 192,000-sf building in the 9,600-acre Alliance park since 1997. The supplier now employs 35, with more undoubtedly on the way when the building delivers.
