More than 2,000 companies post their commercial property listings on PropertyFirst.com. They have more than 11,000 properties for sale with a value of $42 billion, as well as 13,000 listings for space for lease. Clients of the Alhambra, CA-based company include commercial real estate owners, brokers, investors, appraisers, such as CB Richard Ellis, Cushman & Wakefield, AMB Property Corp., RREEF, The CORE Network and Transwestern Commercial Services.
CenterPoint brokers will be able to receive information needed to attract tenants who are interested in the REIT's listings. "This will assist us in accelerating transactions at reduced costs by ensuring that all participants in a lease transaction are able to focus on what they do best," said Scott Zimmerman, CenterPoint's chief information officer.
