"He is a very successful and experienced office and industrial leasing agent with an excellent reputation in the Jacksonville real estate community," C&W senior managing director Larry D. Richey says in a prepared statement. Richey directs the brokerage's north Florida division from Orlando.

Prior to his stint at Duke-Weeks, White was also vice president of office/leasing at Liberty Property Trust where he handled that firm's 2.5 million-sf portfolio from 1996 through 1999. He was vice president of CB Commercial Real Estate Group's Jacksonville operations, now CB Richard Ellis Inc., from 1983 to 1996. White holds a master of science degree in public administration from the University of Nevada.
