$4.4 Mil in Land Deals Means Two New Retail Projects in Valencia

LOS ANGELES-A car dealer and a developer have just bought up a total of 5.16 acres in Valencia, in two separate deals, valued at $4.4 million.

LOS ANGELES-Two retail projects are in the works in Valencia, as a developer and a car dealer have acquired a total of 5.16 acres of land in two separate transactions in the area.

The locally based auto dealer, Parkway Motors, has purchased a 2.76-acre parcel for $3 million. Parkway is planning to construct an auto dealership on the property, which is located on Magic Mountain Parkway across from Valencia Town Center Mall.
