The office will be staffed by Marilyn Bittenbender, Kelvin Heck and Allison Moore, all of whom are coming from Stephens Real Estate in Lawrence. Bittenbender has more than 12 years of commercial real estate experience.
The office will serve industrial, office and retail properties in Lawrence and the nearby state capitol of Topeka. The Kansas City office of Grubb & Ellis/The Winbury Group has 26 localy licensed brokers and manages nearly 3 million sf of space.
