Commercial Real Estate Firm Expands into Neighboring Town

LAWRENCE, KS-Grubb & Ellis/The Winbury Group opens a new office here, expanding from its Kansas City base. Three former members of Stephens Real Estate here will serve industrial, office and retail properties.

LAWRENCE, KS-Grubb & Ellis/The Winbury Group, a commercial real estate company with Kansas City offices near the Country Club Plaza, is opening an office here. The three-person office, in downtown Lawrence, opened Feb. 4.

The office will be staffed by Marilyn Bittenbender, Kelvin Heck and Allison Moore, all of whom are coming from Stephens Real Estate in Lawrence. Bittenbender has more than 12 years of commercial real estate experience.
