The estimated value of the lease is $2 million. The site in north Fulton County is 25 miles north of Downtown. Average asking rents at Brookside Concourse are $21.50 per sf. Timberjack is completing its relocation by March.

The Alter Group of Chicago is developing the 204-acre park. Timberjack, which moved to Atlanta from Ontario, Canada six years ago, manufactures forestry equipment for a world market.
